Jessica has been a vital part of the City of Nedlands’ Ranger Services for the last decade, progressing from Administration Officer to Coordinator Rangers.
Throughout her career, Jessica has excelled in community engagement, organising welfare donations and staff drives to support organisations such as Cat Haven and Shenton Park Dog Refuge. She has played a key role in enhancing the public image of Rangers and positioning them at the forefront of community programs. Jessica’s involvement in the Western Central Local Emergency Management Committee and its subcommittees has bolstered emergency response capabilities, underscoring her commitment to public safety.
Jessica’s collaborative spirit is evident in her strong relationships with neighboring Ranger Services and other key organisations, sharing knowledge and resources with partners like Australia Post and Central Regional TAFE. She is a strong advocate for succession planning within her team, focusing on retaining corporate knowledge and offering growth opportunities.
